I am so happy about this one! Liminal Stories is one of my favorite publications to go when I feel like ready something that will break my heart.

Liminal Stories issue #4 features some amazing stories and poems, including my story The Heart is a Lonesome Hunter

The story is close to home for me as it draws inspiration from Greece, the Greek folklore and the Civil War.

I always wanted to write a story that had shapeshifters in it. I tried to juxtapose the wild nature of animals with the war-like nature of people. I also enjoy stories where characters are not what they seem at first glance.

The artwork by CPKM is equally chilling and beautiful and fits the story perfectly.
